Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was of a very high standard and very clean with a very comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful staff that couldn't do enough to ensure a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Frome, making it very convenient for exploring. The dining experience was great with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.
The hotel had both ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were very noisy due to being on the road without double glazing, especially during the early mornings when the building work started. On the positive side, they were very clean, and the chambermaid did a great job. However, the size was seriously small. The service was a mix; the staff were very friendly and efficient and helpful overall, but they might not have been as cheerful as expected. The location was great, offering easy access to various attractions and being centrally located. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with some aspects being really nice but also with some disappointing moments. Despite some flaws, the hotel was ideal for attractions with a central location and good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room we originally booked had a little issue with the heating, but they swiftly adjusted things for us, offering a similar room at a reduced price, which was very accommodating. The room itself was spotless and a decent size. On the downside, there were some mix-ups with our orders at the restaurant, but they did apologize and even called a technician to resolve the situation. The location was convenient for exploring Frome but had some unpleasant odors in certain areas. Overall, a stay with both highs and lows.
